As partners at Franczek Radelet, Babbitt, Land and Warner will focus on representing and advising colleges, universities, academic medical centers, not-for-profit institutions and businesses across the country.  Their experience includes employment disputes, tenure dismissals and denials; program closures and affiliations; student academic integrity and disciplinary issues; and constitutional and due process challenges at public universities.  All three partners are also leading speakers and writers within the higher education legal community on faculty, student and campus risk management issues.

“We founded our firm to focus upon the difficult legal and risk management issues of academic culture that challenge all educational institutions, regardless of whether a school is public or private, large or small, secular or religious,” commented Ms. Babbitt.  “We are excited to join Franczek Radelet and further enhance the firm’s highly regarded education practice.”

Franczek Radelet P.C. was established in 1994 with 12 attorneys and a clear focus on education and labor and employment law.  Now numbering more than 50 lawyers, the firm’s growth has been steady and strategic and stands among the premier labor and employment and education practices in the country.

“For more than 17 years, Franczek Radelet has been committed to providing extraordinary service and value to our clients in the education and labor and employment fields,” said firm president James C.
