NPR Quotes James C. Franczek, Jr. on Chicago Teachers Union's Lawsuit Against Chicago Public Schools

On August 19, Franczek Radelet partner James C. Franczek, Jr. was quoted in a National Public Radio (NPR - WBEZ Chicago) segment on the Chicago Teachers Union's lawsuit against the Chicago Public Schools (CPS).  In the lawsuit, the union claims CPS is violating labor agreements by laying off tenured teachers.  As reported by NPR, "Jim Franczek, chief union negotiator for the school district, says a lot of the union's grievances could become moot by the time a judge issues a decision on the lawsuit."
