Jennifer A. Dunn provides her insight in the article, "Effects of New Process Steel," published by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin on July 2, 2010.   The article outlines the U.S. Supreme Court court case, New Process Steel, L.P. v. NLRB, No. 08-1457 (June 17, 2010), and the resulting decision which ruled that the National Labor Relations Board lacked the authority to issue nearly 600 decisions with only two sitting board members.  The article also discusses the potential ramifications of this High Court decision.
