Supreme Court to Address Non-Title VII Mixed Motive Case

On December 5, 2008, the Supreme Court of the U.S. granted certiorari in Gross v. FBL Financial Services, Inc. The case centers around the standard of proof to be applied in “mixed motive” age discrimination cases. A summary of the case is available from the Oyez Project here.
