FOIA Document Package Updated to Include the Latest Insight into the New FOIA

We recently updated the Franczek Radelet FOIA Document Package. The Document
Package includes information regarding the amended Illinois Freedom of
Information Act ("FOIA"), which became effective January 1, 2010. We
have received numerous new questions from clients and have developed additional
questions based on our research into the new FOIA. To provide you with the most
up-to-date insight into the new FOIA, we updated the Document Package
accordingly.
School Districts that have already purchased
the FOIA Document Package can immediately access the updated FAQs by logging inhere with their usernames and passwords. School Districts that have yet to purchase the FOIA
Document Package may do so here . The one-time cost for the FOIA Document
Package is $500. The Document Package provides the purchaser electronic access
to:
- A sample FOIA Policy;
- Sample FOIA Administrative Procedures;
- A checklist for FOIA Officers; and
- The newly updated FAQ document.
We will also provide all purchasers access to any updates we make to the documents until January 1, 2011, at no additional cost.
