Debates Highlight Differences Over EFCA

In September 2008, Business Week published a piece (available here) presenting opposing views on the Employee Free Choice Act from Home Depot co-founder Bernie Marcus, and Rep. George Miller (D., Calif.) regarding the Employee Free Choice Act. In the same vein, the Federalist Society’s website features an online debate about EFCA between Brent Garren, Senor Associate General Counsel for Unite Here, and Glenn Taubman, Staff Attorney for the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation. While this debate was originally posted in May 2007, the discussion remains highly relevant.
