FOIA Document Package Request

We are pleased to offer a FOIA Document Package to assist school districts and public bodies with the implementation of the new FOIA.  The one-time cost for this FOIA Document Package is $500 and will provide you electronic access to:

  • A sample FOIA Policy,
  • Sample FOIA Administrative Procedures,
  • A checklist for FOIA Officers, and
  • An in-depth memorandum of frequently asked questions related to the new FOIA amendments.

If you purchase this package, we will also provide you access to any updates we make to the documents for one year after the new FOIA takes effect (until January 1, 2011) at no additional cost. 

To purchase this package, please complete the information below and click on the form to submit.  Within one business day, you will receive via email your username and password, with a link to the documents.  Upon entering your password, you will immediately be able to download the documents.  Within the next 30 days, you will receive an invoice for the $500 charge, and we request that you promptly return a check in this amount to our office.
