Mark S. Wilkinson is an associate and concentrates his practice on labor law, employment law, and general litigation. Prior to joining Franczek Sullivan P.C., Mark was an associate at Keller Thoma P.C. in Detroit, Michigan, where he litigated numerous labor and employment matters on behalf of business, government, and non-profit entities in federal and state courts. Mark has also represented clients before the NLRB, EEOC, U.S. Department of Labor, and other administrative bodies. He served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard A. Enslen, United States District Court judge for the Western District of Michigan in 2005–06.

Mark earned his J.D. from the Wayne State University Law School, where he graduated cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He also was awarded the Silver Key for academic excellence, the NLRB (Region Seven) Gottfried Labor Law Award, and served as the Managing Editor of The Wayne Law Review. While in law school, he authored National Hockey League Players' Association v. Plymouth Whalers: “Antitrust’s Rule of Reason and the Van Ryn Rule.” 50 WAYNE L. REV. 1277 (2004).

Mark received his B.A. from Western Michigan University in 2001, where he was a four-year varsity letter winner in ice hockey and named Western Michigan University’s Scholar Athlete of the Year.
