Maria M. Troxclair practices
labor and employment law. She represents public and private
sector management clients in all areas of labor and employment
law, including matters before federal and state courts as
well as administrative agencies.
Ms. Troxclair's labor law practice includes assisting clients
with a variety of traditional labor law matters such as grievance
and interest arbitration, contract interpretation, and unfair
labor practice proceedings.
Ms. Troxclair's employment law practice includes counseling
and representing clients in connection with claims of employment
discrimination under Title VII, the ADEA, and the ADA, wage
and hour violations, retaliatory discharge, and breach of
contract. She obtained her law degree, cum laude
in 2004 from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
