Staci Ketay Rotman represents
public and private employers in all aspects of labor and employment
law. Ms. Ketay has tried employment cases, represents clients
in arbitrations and counsels employers on a wide spectrum
of labor and employment issues. Ms. Ketay routinely represents
clients before federal and state courts, as well as administrative
agencies. Ms. Ketay has extensive experience in connection
with employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, FMLA,
wage and hour, employment policies and agreements, and other
related matters.
Prior to joining Franczek Sullivan P.C. in December 2005,
Ms. Ketay practiced at Holland & Knight LLP. She received
her law degree in 1997 from Chicago Kent College of Law, where
she graduated with honors. In 1994, she obtained
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from
the University of Illinois. She is a member of the bar in
Illinois and in the U.S. District Court for the Central and
Northern Districts of Illinois. She also is a member of the
Chicago Bar Association.
