Charles P. Rose is a founding
partner in the firm of Franczek Sullivan P.C. and represents
school districts, municipalities and other public bodies with
respect to labor relations and collective bargaining matters,
arbitrations, general matters of school and municipal law,
and litigation-related matters, including employee discipline
and discharge cases, civil rights cases, student rights and
responsibilities cases and discrimination cases.
Prior to forming Franczek Sullivan, Mr. Rose was a partner
in the firm of Vedder, Price, Kaufman & Kammholz. Before
joining Vedder, Price, Mr. Rose was in-house counsel to the
Illinois Association of School Boards. Mr. Rose graduated
from DePaul University College of Law in 1982 and graduated
cum laude from Villanova University with a bachelor of
arts degree in economics in 1979.
Mr. Rose is currently an adjunct lecturer of labor arbitration
and collective bargaining at DePaul University College of
Law. He formerly served as an adjunct professor of school
law at Northeastern Illinois University.
