Colleen F. O'Keefe
represents public and private sector management clients in
all areas of labor and employment law matters before federal
and state courts as well as administrative agencies. Ms. O'Keefe
also represents school districts with respect to general matters
of education law. Prior to joining Franczek Sullivan P.C.,
Ms. O'Keefe practiced as an Administrative Law Judge
for the Illinois Labor Relations Board and the Illinois Educational
Labor Relations Board.
Ms. O'Keefe obtained her law degree in May 2003 from
Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, where she served
as a Senior Editor on the Consumer Law Journal and received
honors for legal writing. In May 2000, she graduated cum laude in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre
Dame. Ms. O'Keefe is an active member of the American
Bar Association's Section of Labor and Employment Law
and serves as one of the Section's young lawyer fellows.
