Paul A. Millichap is a founding
partner of Franczek Sullivan P.C. where he concentrates on
the representation of elementary and secondary school districts
and special education cooperatives on a wide range of school
law matters. Some of these include financial and contractual
issues, employment, school bonds, student rights, special
education, real estate, construction, litigation and school
board elections.
Prior to forming Franczek Sullivan, Mr. Millichap was
a partner in the law firm of Vedder Price Kaufman & Kammholz,
where he was engaged in the practice of education law. Mr.
Millichap also served as an Illinois assistant attorney general,
where he represented the Illinois State Board of Education
and the Governor's Purchased Care Review Board in litigation
and general school law matters. Mr. Millichap graduated from
DePaul University School of Law in 1978 and received a bachelor
of arts degree in history from the University of Virginia
in 1974. He is a member of the National Council of School
Attorneys, the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the
Illinois State Bar Association.
