Scott R. Metcalf is an associate in Franczek Sullivan P.C.'s public sector practice. Mr. Metcalf's practice covers a broad range of matters, including those before the Property Tax Appeal Board.
Mr. Metcalf joined Franczek Sullivan P.C. in March 2008. Prior to that, he was a Senior Tax Policy Advisor for the Civic Federation in Chicago, Illinois, for whom he lobbied on a variety of issues, including tax matters. He also served as a Law Clerk in the Civil Actions Bureau, Municipal Litigation Division of the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, where he drafted various motions and portions of appellate briefs.
Mr. Metcalf received a juris doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May 2007. He holds a master of arts in political science from Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois (June 1999), and earned his bachelor of arts degree in government and international affairs from Augustana College, Sioux Falls, South Dakota (June 1994).
