Kyle B. Johansen represents
private and public sector management clients in all areas
of labor and employment law. Mr. Johansen appears before federal
and state courts as well as administrative agencies such as
the National Labor Relations Board and the Illinois Human
Rights Commission. Mr. Johansen's practice concentrates on
equal employment opportunity, National Labor Relations Act,
Fair Labor Standards Act, and Illinois Public Labor Relations
Act matters.
Mr. Johansen joined Franczek Sullivan P.C. in March 2004.
Prior to that, he worked for the law firm of Jackson Lewis
LLP (2002-2004). Mr. Johansen received his law degree with
high honors from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2002,
where he served as a member of the Chicago-Kent Law Review
and student editor of the Employee Rights and Employment Policy
Journal. Mr. Johansen is also a member of the Order of the
Coif. In 1998, he obtained a bachelor's degree in Political
Science from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois.
