Edward N. Druck represents clients in all areas of employment and labor law and is experienced in all aspects of litigation on matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. He also represents clients in hearings before arbitrators. His clients include a diverse number of private sector employers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietorships in the manufacturing construction, transportation and service industries as well as school districts throughout Illinois. In addition to litigation work, Mr. Druck counsels clients on union elections and claims of unfair labor practices and discrimination, as well as other labor and employment matters.
A partner at Franczek Sullivan P.C., Mr. Druck joined the firm in September 1995. Prior to that, he practiced at the law firm of Vedder Price Kaufman & Kammholz (1991-1995). Mr. Druck graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law. He received a bachelor of arts degree in political science, magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Druck is a member of the American and Chicago and Kane County Bar Associations. |
