Katie L. Belpedio practices
labor and employment law as well as school law. She represents
public and private sector management clients in all areas
of labor and employment law, including matters before federal
and state courts as well as administrative agencies. Ms. Belpedio
also represents school districts with respect to general matters
of education law.
Ms. Belpedio joined Franczek Sullivan P.C. in September 2005.
She obtained her law degree in May 2005 from Northwestern
University School of Law. During law school, Ms. Belpedio
was an extern for both the Honorable John L. Coffey of the
Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Phillip
P. Simon of the Northern District of Indiana. In May 2002,
Ms. Belpedio graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree
in Psychology from Denison University.
