Shelli L. Anderson, a partner
at Franczek Sullivan P.C., represents public and private employers
in all aspects of labor and employment law. Ms. Anderson has
tried numerous employment cases in both state and federal
courts, represents clients in arbitrations and counsels employers
on a wide spectrum of labor and employment issues. Ms. Anderson
has extensive experience with Title VII of the Civil Rights
Act, the Local Government and Governmental Employee Tort Immunity
Act and employee discipline matters. In addition to her employment
law practice, Ms. Anderson counsels school districts with
respect to general matters of education law and represents
clients in teacher termination hearings.
Prior to joining Franczek Sullivan in September of
1998, Ms. Anderson practiced at Vedder Price. She received
her law degree in 1997 from Loyola University School of Law,
where she graduated with honors. She obtained a bachelor of
science in criminal justice from Loyola University of Chicago,
graduating summa cum laude and with highest distinction from
the department. Ms. Anderson is a member of the Trial Bar
of the United States District Court for the Northern District
of Illinois. |
