Erin K. Walsh
Erin K. Walsh is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group at Franczek P.C.
Erin’s practice includes counseling on a variety of employment issues related to wage and hour, leave of absence, discipline and discharge, workplace harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation and social media in the workplace. She also counsels public sector clients on matters related to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Open Meetings Act (OMA), the Public Safety Employee Benefits Act (PSEBA), and other general municipal and school law matters. Erin has drafted and reviewed employee handbooks, stand-alone policies, employment contracts, and separation agreements. She also works on union-related matters, including union organization and collective bargaining.
Erin represents clients in state and federal courts and administrative agencies for claims including Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, the FLSA, the IWPCA, the IHRA, unemployment benefits and PSEBA benefits.
Erin has been recognized as an Emerging Lawyer by Law Bulletin Publishing in 2017.
